Brent Geese Wide Angle

During the winter months Ireland host a vast percentage of the overall number of the Brent Goose, making it the single most important waterbird species in the country. It is a high-arctic migrant, breeding as far north as any bird in the world and is one of relatively few species with a routine trans-Atlantic migration.
