Payments must be made out to Tim Smith Visuals. Once payment is received the order will be dispatched using the normal process.

Post and Packaging

Postage - All orders will be processed and posted within seven working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Packaging - All prints come in a solid tube for protection. Canvas prints are wrapped with bubble wrap and cardboard where necessary. All canvases are sent via courier and can be tracked by Tim Smith Visuals on your request. Please note you will be asked to sign for your product to help insure security at all times. Refund- If your print or canvas arrives in a damaged condition you must inform Tim Smith Visuals in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange to collect the goods, and either replace the order or refund the full amount paid. If we are not informed within 7 days we bear no liability for damage sustained. If however you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason than damages, you must also inform us within 7 days of reciept and return the goods serculy within 14 days. You must also cover any post and packaging. Once product has been returned to Tim Smith Visuals a refund minus the shipping costs will be issued as long as the product is in its original condition.

Downloads- Under no circumstances are the downloadable images on the website to be used for commercial purposes. Unless permission is received from Tim Smith Visuals in writing. These are for personal use only and are intended only for the rider in question.
